BAC Students are envisioning what would benefit the Roxbury communities best at Parcel 3, a plot of land that has withstood decades of various planning and development initiatives.

Parcel 3 sits at the corner of Tremont Street and Whittier Street, within walking distance of the Ruggles T station, backing Madison Park Voc Tech, and across the street from the Boston Police Headquarters on Tremont.



This project will be small scale, but aims to think big. We want this to be a model for proper development in and for the community. We can't do that without input.
