Unsure of the exact career path you want to take post-graduation? Interested in a well-paying career in New York or Boston? Want to be the one creating business strategies for CEOs of top retail, luxury, technology, and media companies?
 
We are looking to get to know the brightest undergraduates from any major:
• Who enjoy working in a team environment
• Who have a natural curiosity and want to solve interesting problems
• Who communicate effectively in written and oral settings
• We will be prioritizing students who identify as Black, African American, Latinx, Native American, first-generation, low-income, and/or LGBTQ+, but are open to accepting all students
 
The goal of OC&C's Strategy Consulting Exploration Day is to support the most talented students in one of the most exciting and sought-after professional careers in strategy consulting, and help you learn a little bit more about what a career in strategy consulting looks like. New hires will enter with a starting salary of $110K + bonus, health and dental insurance, as well as many opportunities to travel and work internationally with clients and colleagues
 
We are planning to break up our half-day into the following sections:
• What is Strategy Consulting
• Introduction to OC&C
• Conversational Breakout Chats
• Case Workshop / Application Tips
• Exploring Belonging in the Workplace Discussion
 
As part of the workshop, there will also be a discussion facilitated by the Novalia Collective, centered around inclusion/finding belonging in corporate spaces. We hope this is a space for you to reflect on how you want to navigate your identities as you think about where you want to start your careers.
