Guidelines for Video Presentation:
1.
Open theme (choose one): Interest, hobbies, skills, life changing experience, cultural diversity, culture-shock, movies, games, my joy, my regret, my passion, etc. Duration: 3 Minutes of video recording and in English (e.g Video File Format : MP4, AVI, WMV)
2.
Frivo sessions will be conducted in English and ONLINE via Live Streaming at AMDI Facebook (Advanced Medical and Dental Institute, USM). Participants will be introduced by the host and their videos will be presented followed by a short Q&A session.

Components of the video largely depends on the topics chosen, but will generally fall into:
i.
Introduction (what, why)
ii.
Main contents (how, where, when, what)
iii.
Information/references: Describe how you gain the knowledge/facts/data and the source e.g. macro photography, life experiences, philosophy, social diversity theory, statistics, etc. References – books, online materials, life interviews, Wikipedia, etc.
iv.
Take home message/Values (I learn to be…. patient/resilient/resourceful/, I plan to enroll into class/join competition/write about it/tell others, I hope you will not repeat/join/sympathize)

3 best videos from all Frivo sessions will Win Prizes!!:
i. First prize = RM500 and certificate.
ii. Second prize = RM300 and certificate.
iii. Third prize = RM200 and certificate.
iv. 5 Consolation prize RM100 for 5 winners
4.
Criteria for professional judging (100%) are based on presentation techniques, clarity, appropriateness, and creativity.
5.
All presenters will receive a certificate of participation.
