Most of our events are free, but sometimes there is a cost (i.e. a ticket price to enter a park, drinks at a happy hour, etc.). We never want these costs to be a barrier. If you want to attend an event, but would be limited by the price, please use this form to apply for us to cover all or some of your costs at the event.
These funds can only be used at UVYP events for expenses directly related to the event. We encourage you to register for the event on Eventbrite to save your spot while your request here is processed.
Your privacy is important to us. We will never share the information you submit on this form with anyone. If your request is approved, we will discretely take care of your approved expenses during the event.
Requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event. We will notify you of our decision via email before the event.
