Are you organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented? These are the qualities we are looking for in the next SUS VP Administration. This role involves attending every meeting and recording meeting minutes, updating calendars with meeting times, and maintaining organizational productivity within the team.
Requires:
- attendance at weekly SUS meeting
- able to work independently and in a team
- interested in improving the sense of community at SFU
Position-Specific Requirements:
- record any comments, decisions, action items etc. made during meetings in the meeting minutes set by the President
- update meeting times on the SUS Facebook, Website, & Google Calendar as needed
- create volunteer & tabling sign-up sheets for each event
- attend Science All-DSU meetings in place of president when needed
