For those who don't know what the event consists of, Latin Sol is a Latin dance festival held by ASU from March 15-17 for the community. In order for us to successfully create this event we need assistance from volunteers.

We have various volunteering positions to choose from but we would appreciate it if volunteers have an open mind in switching positions as we see fit.

We will be having a meeting with volunteers each morning before the event.

You can volunteer for multiple positions. We will also be doing our best to schedule everyone in a manner that they will be able to volunteer and participate in the festival.

The number before the position is the number of volunteers we are looking for. Invite friends to volunteer with you, let's make it a fiesta! It will be loads of fun. :)

(5+) Workshop Tabling: Day Shifts (check people into worskshops, laptop required)

(5+) Social Tabling: Evening Shifts (checking people in when coming into the social/laptop required)

(10-20) Set up and Break down: Sunday Morning (We will be having a stage, as well as dance floor, decoration and sound system that we would need people to help out with. The more people we have for this the faster and earlier it would. Comfy cloths suggested).

(3-5+) Museum Set Up: Morning of March 15 (We will be having a salsa/latin dance museum on campus at the Student Pavillion)

(2-4+) Merch Store: Day Shifts (We are planning on having a lot of fun merch that we will be selling during the lessons and socials. This position would require you to stay a the merch stand an carry out the transactions.)

(2-4+)Museum Guide: Day Shifts (Will help explain some of the museums items)

(5+) Artist Driver: Chauffeur celebrity artists around town (airport, hotel, campus)

Floater: Day Shifts (This position is basically being available to be called upon when needed . We will be scheduling people to be able to take their preferred lesson and social so that everyone gets the opportunity to enjoy the festival.)
