Depending on your goals and needs, we will arrange to meet one-on-one ($125/session) via Zoom, or you can join our small group fitness classes ($40/class) via Zoom.
Our classes are Mondays 7am-8am (Pacific time) and Wednesdays 7am-8am.
Private sessions can be scheduled when we're both available.
You don't need any special equipment to start, we'll talk through the best options based on your goals and your space.
