School of Rock Issaquah Performance Program Sign-Up - SUMMER 2023
Hello! Please use the form below to document your student's preferences for our SUMMER show cycle of Performance Program (July through September). Please remember that joining a show is a commitment to practice regularly, attend rehearsals weekly, and of course to be available for the show itself (on a Saturday sometime in September). Tuition will be run in full through the last month of each show cycle. Also, while we will do our best to accommodate student preferences, a lot goes into placing students into these shows. We want to factor in what's best for each student's personal development, while balancing the total number of students in each show, number of students on each instrument, age ranges, ability ranges, and sometimes other dynamics as well. Thank you in advance for understanding!

PLEASE NOTE: as part of our seasonal "Prep Week", we will close for one week at the end of each Performance Program season, similar to a public school teacher in-service week (see also previous emails about Prep Week for more details). While tuition will not be adjusted for these Prep Weeks, tuition is also based on a yearly average and we do not charge extra for 5-week months. Please refer to our 2023 School of Rock Issaquah Calendar (attached in previous Prep Week email) to review our average of 4 lessons per month per student over time.

NOTE TO ROCK 101 STUDENTS (typically those ages 8-11) - please use THIS FORM instead. The BELOW form is intended for Performance Program students (typically those ages 12-18). If you are unclear which program your student should join, please contact us ASAP. Thank you!
