Support Group for First-Year Moms | 6-Session Limited Series
Meets IN PERSON in San Jose, CA
Mondays, 11:00am-12:30pm starting 11/6/2023*
*NOTE: We have pushed back the start date to 11/6! There is still no session on 11/20. Series now ends 12/18/2023. 

To secure your spot, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Complete the Google registration form below.

Step 2: Receive an email from the Kate Viernes, LCSW Client Portal (by the end of the same business day, or next business day if filled out after 5pm or over the weekend).

Step 3: Click the "Sign In" link in the email you received, which will bring you to the Kate Viernes, LCSW Client Portal. Once there, complete all registration forms, including credit card information. *Please be ready to have your credit card charged with the payment amount you select here by the end of the same business day, or next business day if filled out after 5pm or over the weekend.*

Step 4: Within 24 hours of completing all registration forms, you will be contacted for a consultation call to complete the registration process. Welcome to Mom Village!

Would you like to be emailed a super bill of the services that will be rendered, for purposes of seeking reimbursement through your health insurance?  (You can always let your group facilitator know later that you changed your mind and need/no longer need a super bill.)

NOTE: Please be aware that in order to receive reimbursement, health insurance providers generally require that you have a mental health diagnosis to justify that the service is medically necessary. If you are seeking reimbursement, the group facilitator will thus need to determine an appropriate diagnosis, which will then be specified on your super bill.
