Submission options:
•If emailing writing entry send to AkronSummitHolocaustEducation@gmail.com as a word document *
 with your name in the subject line.
  *Word documents can be created in Google Docs by selecting file-download as-word document; attach in email
  *If sending from school account will likely need to email to teacher and have teacher forward email
•Or attach link in Google Form
         *Make sure to allow access to AkronSummitHolocaustEducation@gmail.com if attaching link
•Or mail with entry form attached to Jewish Community Board of Akron, Atte: Akron-Summit Holocaust Contest,

•Word count should be 400 words or less for writing piece (does not include citations)
•Body of writing entry should be only one page 8 1/2"x 11" (does not include citations)
•Must submit all resources used for the entry (on separate page)(does not count in word count)
        *does not have to be in any specific format
•Collaborative entries must be accompanied by a completed entry form for each of the collaborating writers

Art submission options:
•Pick up at school; arrangements must be made before February 26, 2021 for pick up

•Mail art to Jewish Community Board of Akron, Atte: Akron-Summit Holocaust Contest,

•Dimensions must be 12”x12” (scrapbook paper size)
•Only 2-diminsional pieces will be accepted (can include mixed media elements though)
•A hard copy of entry form must be included with art entry; paper clipped to or taped to back of art
•Collaborative entries must be accompanied by a completed entry form for each of the collaborating artists
•Include a citation page of all/any sources used to create your art including citing any images used, no format necessary
•Do NOT write name on front of art piece
