LSCC Audition Request Form

Please fill out this form (one for each child) to request an audition with the Lexington Singers Children's Choir. Use this form if your child is currently in LSCC and wishes to audition for a higher-level choir. Note that some fields are optional.

Auditions will be held by appointment in August 2024. As the audition date approaches, someone will contact you to set up an audition time.

Important note:

IF YOUR CHILD IS ALREADY A MEMBER OF LSCC AND PLANS TO STAY IN THE SAME CHOIR FOR THE UPCOMING SEMESTER, DO NOT FILL OUT THIS FORM.
