2023 College Registration Form
Please print a copy of this form prior to submitting to retain the following important information.

Please complete and submit the full form only once. If any of the representatives from your school are interested in judging events or presenting a workshop at the festival, have each interested individual fill out their own Workshop and Adjudicator Application. Participation as a college representative does not guarantee scheduling as an adjudicator or workshop presenter.

This year's Senior Scholarship auditions will be pre-screened and submitted through our google form and viewed through student submitted links. The Top 50 student audition will be seen on Friday at the festival for consideration for Scholarships. This spreadsheet will be shared with colleges and universities the Monday before our festival start ( March 13th), so that there is opportunity to contact the students during the festival for follow-up interviews. Our Junior Auditions will take place Thursday the 16th and will function as it has in the past. Again the form will be shared with colleges.

We are also offering Sponsorships of the various elements of our virtual festival. Both Daily and festival wide.

This year's college fee is $200. Sponsorships of Daily events begin at $300 and go up from there.

Exhibitors and Sponsors and colleges are permitted at the discretion of the State Leadership Staff.

You will be contacted within two weeks of receipt of your registration by our college Coordinator. There is no need to email to check if it was received. PLEASE, ONLY SUBMIT ONE APPLICATION.
