We're planning to send you a resource guide with some tips and strategies for being an effective course ombudsperson. The ARC will also be hosting a Zoom training session on Monday, October 19th, at 4 PM PDT, to help you figure out the best ways to respond to course concerns you're hearing and answer any questions. Even if you're not an official ombudsperson, if you want access to these resources, feel free to fill out the form!
