EGYM SmartCardio is compatible only on certain vendors and specific consoles. Please review the information below to determine if your facility has the required equipment necessary for EGYM integration.

IMPORTANT: Current turn around time to enable EGYM Smart Cardio is up to 14 days.

If you ALREADY HAVE A CURRENT INTEGRATION in place with a specific vendor (Matrix, Precor, etc..) you do NOT need to submit this form again. Proceed to Section 2 for instructions on activating the integration on your cardio machines. And then you can exit the form without submission.

If you need to SETUP A NEW INTEGRATION proceed to section 3. Check compatible cardio manufacturers by visiting https://egym.com/us/cloud/cardio-equipment.
