As part of this application form, you will need to include a brief personal statement. The statement must not exceed 3000 characters (including spaces), and should describe your interest in this workshop, how it will impact and advance your career, and what obstacles you face or have faced to achieving your career goals. This statement must be submitted within this form, NOT emailed separately.
This application also requires at least one confidential letter of recommendation, with no more than one optional additional letter. This form requires you to provide the name(s) and email address(es) of your recommender(s), and provides instructions on how recommenders must submit their letter.
