On-Campus Volunteer Application - IPNC 2022
The International Pinot Noir Celebration is a multi-faceted event with many unique volunteer positions. Please use this form to tell us about yourself and the talents you can contribute.
We will reach out to volunteers in Spring 2022.
As an IPNC On-Campus Volunteer, your time will be spent supporting IPNC staff and coordinators, doing everything from setting tables and pouring wines for seminars, to wrist-banding ticketed guests, to setting up outdoor spaces for Al Fresco wine tastings. Each day will vary somewhat.
We ask that volunteers:
- be over the age of 21
- provide confirmation of vaccination
- are able to stand on their feet for extended periods of time (4+ hours)
- are able to lift and carry 10-40 pounds
- take direction from IPNC coordinators and volunteer leads
In return, IPNC provides:
- volunteer welcome dinner on Thursday, July 28
- meals during volunteer shifts
- IPNC commemorative t-shirt
- ticket to IPNC's Passport to Pinot, Sunday, July 31, 2-6 p.m. *
- Riedel crystal IPNC logo Pinot Noir glass *
- on-campus lodging, if needed
* Volunteers working 20 hours or more will receive a ticket to Passport to Pinot (July 31, 2-6 p.m.). Your Passport ticket includes the Riedel Pinot Noir glass. If you work fewer than 20 hours, or are not able to attend Passport, you still will receive a glass. Volunteers working 35 hours or more will receive two tickets to Passport.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS MAY 15, 2022
Please note that we will be requiring proof of vaccination for this year's event. Details to follow.
