Kuratau School Horse Trek 2024 - Registration
The Friends of Kuratau School Fundraising Group invite you to join us for a fantastic weekend of riding.

Come along and enjoy stunning farm tracks, sensational lake views and awesome food.

WHERE: Te Aputa Station, State Highway 32, 5788 Western Bay Road, Waihaha
WHEN: 16th - 18th February, 2024
DETAILS: 
  • Full Weekend - Friday evening until Sunday midday.  Includes full day trek on Saturday and a half day trek on Sunday.  This option is Fully Catered  (2 dinners, 2 lunches, 2 breakfasts)
  • Saturday Only - Includes full day trek, lunch and dinner
  • Bring Your Own Drinks

COSTS AND OPTIONS:
  • $240 per adult - Full Weekend
  • $120 per child (under 16 years) - Full Weekend
  • $500 per family - Family Package Full Weekend (2 adults & 2 children)
  • $120 per adult - Saturday only  
  • $60 per child (under 16 years) - Saturday only 
  • $300 per family - Saturday only

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All Participants must read before signing. If you have an underage rider, please get parents/guardian of rider to sign; by signing this form means that you have read and fully understand the following conditions and agree to them. 
  • I understand that while participating in the Kuratau School Horse Trek it will involve riding over Public and Private Property which may be used by other traffic, and I am aware of the hazards involved in this and riding in general. 
  • I agree that I am a confident and capable rider to be riding over rough terrain and my horse’s fitness and ability to participate safely in this ride. ·
  • I hereby release/exempt the Organisers, Sponsors and other persons involved in the organisation of this trek from all actions, proceeding, demands, liability costs, expenses and any claims made or taken by any person arising out of my participation in this trek. 
  • I understand and agree that on this ride I will take full responsibility for myself/horse and property. ·
  • I understand that the Organisers may have to vary the route/track and/or campsites if deemed unsafe without notice. 
  • I understand conduct that may threaten the safety of other riders, bad language and unsociable behaviour may result at the opinion of organisers, in being removed from the trek with no refund. 
  • I understand that there will be no refund given if I choose to pull out after the RSVP date 01/02/24 (unless special circumstances). 
  • By signing this form, I Agree to all the terms and conditions of the trek. . By Signing this form I give consent for Kuratau School to use photos taken throughout the trek for social media purposes.
