Refer (and attend with) a friend who has never been to Double C Farm before and receive $20 off of your Play Day Registration Fee!!!  "Single" riders are also welcome, but will just pay the normal Play Day registration fees.
Pre-registration and full payment are required to hold your spot.  Register quickly as space is limited!

Take advantage of this opportunity to school your horse on the Double C Farm Mountain Trail Course.  This is a great chance to practice, at your own pace, for the 2021 Mountain Trail Challenge Series.

Although, there will be no actual instruction during the Course Play Days;  someone from Double C will be on the course if you have any questions.
 
Please choose between our two sessions.  We will try to honor everyone's time slot request... but changes may be necessary to ensure a balance of riders in each session.

               MORNING SESSION: 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM  
                           *Everyone must be off the grounds no later than 12:00 PM

               AFTERNOON SESSION: 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM  
                           *Please do not arrive earlier than 12:30 PM

        *The farm drive is a single lane.  Incoming and outgoing vehicles cannot pass.  We want
          to avoid any crossover between the two sessions.

All paperwork MUST be received prior to the event.  Photos of all paperwork will be accepted!

Please email a current copy of your Coggins along with your completed Liability Waiver/Release to doublecfarmllc@yahoo.com.  Waivers can be found on the events page of the website www.doublecfarm.net/events.html.  

We are keeping a log of all 2021 coggins records. If your coggins will be valid throughout the entire season, you only need to submit it ONCE.

For safety reasons and to ensure everyone gets ample opportunity on the obstacles, we will allow groups of 10-12 riders on the course at a time.  We will rotate groups every 20 minutes and will continue this cycle until the end of the event.  Everyone will receive numerous rotations on the course.

Riders 18 years and under MUST wear a helmet when mounted or when on the course (in-hand or mounted).

Cancellation Policy:
Requests for cancellation may be submitted up to 10 days prior to the date of the event and are subject to a $20 administration fee.  Although no refunds will be given within 10 days of the event, you have the option of transferring/selling your spot to another individual.
