The Frassati Catholic Athletics Department uses this survey to prepare for the upcoming sports seasons. Please consider these options carefully, as we rely heavily on this information when planning for teams, coaches, uniforms, etc.  Each sport has a $175 fee that is billed to your account at the beginning of each season.
