MUST READ: Submitting your application does not guarantee you a Mentee slot with the Mentor. Each Mentor has their own business, personal life, and design for how they communicate that has caused them to become a Top 5% Producer. A Mentor's time is extremely valuable and is to be respected. Each Mentee who applies is not always a perfect fit for their selected top Mentors, for various reasons. Accepting a Mentee is up to the Mentor's sole discretion. If your application is denied, do not take it personally. Momentum Realty will do our best to connect you with the appropriate Mentor and if you are not a good fit with Momentum Realty at this time, we will refer you to other brokerages who we think could fit your needs.

In return for Mentorship, there is an expectation between the Mentor and Mentee on what the relationship is like, the level and type of of communication, time commitment, and commission splits. Generally, the base commission split is 20% from the Mentee to the Mentor out of your first 5 deals, but this amount is negotiable based on what's needed. Further, if the Mentor provide leads, separate splits may be applied. Are you OK with a minimum 20% split withy our Mentor on your first 5 deals?  *
