•This data is intended for the following processing activities: communication from ESSEC Foundation towards Alumni. This processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by ESSEC Foundation.
•The data is: name, email address, postal address.
•Absence of this data results in the interruption of communications.
•This processing is not subject to any automated decision-making or profiling.
•Data is transferred to the following recipients: employees of the ESSEC Foundation.
•Data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
•Data is stored 3 years after the last contact with Essec.
•You are granted by the Law the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification, its deletion, a limitation of processing, the right to oppose processing. You may exercise these rights by sending an e-mail to the Essec Business School’s Data Protection Officer (D P D @ e s s e c . e d u).
•If you believe that your rights on your data are not respected, you also have the right to file a complaint with the French supervisory authority (“Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés” (CNIL)).
