Youth and Law (Mock Trial Team) Application
The Youth and the Law class will focus on issues that pertain to youth and the laws and justice system. One big part of this class will be participating in the Wake County Middle School Mock Trial program.

This is a competition that we will take seriously. It requires you to learn the information of the case presented and then act in the role of a lawyer or witness in the case. It requires memorization and speaking in front of others in a competition format.

If you are interested in the justice system, being a lawyer or a judge one day, love watching the legal shows on tv and can speak in front of others, this would be a great class for you. No prior experience or knowledge it necessary-- just a commitment to learn and be a reliable, supportive teammate. The class is open from all rising 6th-8th graders.

Please submit your application by April 14, 2022.
