Milne Open Textbooks corrections

For your input to be considered you will need to fill out one form per issue.

Revision requests will be reviewed first by the MOT team.  If the request is to correct a grammatical or spelling error, these changes will be made in the online versions in a timely fashion and the downloadable versions will be updated before the start of the next semester.

The MOT team will utilize the results collected in the online form to contact the appropriate author or editors for review.  

If, through review, the author and MOT team decide that a revision is necessary, it will be corrected in a timely fashion in the online versions. Downloadable versions will be updated before the start of the next semester.  The individual or organization that made the request for revision will be notified via e-mail.
