Rusty Dragon's OC Program Registration

To adhere to Provincial Health and Safety guidelines and help coaches prepare for each session, all participants must register in advance using this form. You may register multiple times (in batches over the summer) as you determine your availability and interest for our time slots. However, please register a month in advance where possible to give us time to coordinate it all.

A prerequisite for OC registration is being a member of the Rusty Dragons club (see website for details).

This registration form is to indicate the time slots you would like to request. Your sessions are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from the club (two weeks in advance) and you have paid the resulting fee.

Cost of each session: $24. Payable via Interac e-transfer. Payment is separate from this registration form. Details will be provided in your confirmation email(s).
