1. What are the dates for the tournament?

Answer: May 16, 2025 to May 18, 2025

2. Where is the tournament located?

Answer: Smyrna Community Center, 1250 Powder Springs St., Smyrna, GA 30080

3. Who can register?

Answer: This form is to register a full team of 3-6 players for the tournament. If you are an individual and want to register as a pool player, please complete the Pool Player Registration Form.

4. What is the cost to register:

Answer: Pre-registration is $115.00 per team member (players and coaches). After April 11, 2025, registration is $125.00 per team member. There will be no refunds issued after May 9, 2025.

5. When is the deadline for registration?

Answer: Deadline for Team Registration is April 25, 2025. No new registrations will be accepted after this date.

6. Is this a sanctioned tournament?

Answer: Yes, this is a USABA sanctioned tournament and all USABA tournament rules will apply.
