Cost: $1,000 for first three registrants and $500 for each additional registrant

This training led by The 5 Disciplines staff will equip your trainers with the tools to lead the Yellow Belt and Green Belt sessions in your district. Your trainers will have access to a training membership site with instructional videos, audio, a trainer guide, and a community of certified trainers. Once certified, we will provide your trainers with monthly individual web-based coaching (for years 1 and 2 only) and a monthly web-based improvement webinar that can be attended live via the web or by accessing a recording in the membership site. Once the Train-the-Trainer Course is complete, your trainers will need to be observed providing the training to the students. Once the observation is complete, your trainers will each be certified as an Education Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Trainer.
