There Ought To Be A Law: CA/HI NAACP YCD Contest
Do you have an idea that will promote change or solve a problem in your community? The CA/HI State Conference NAACP invites members of the Youth and College Division to participate in a contest to determine our next priority bill. Winners of the contest will work with CA/HI NAACP staff to lobby their bill to the California State Legislature.

Please include any studies, reports, specific code sections, newspaper articles, or anecdotal evidence related to your proposal.
