Course Overview
In this course we look at the importance of peer support networks and how to strengthen community and collective mental wellbeing. Before we can do this, we need to learn how to build our own mental resilience.

Having a resilient practice to support us through adversity, can help us bounce back more quickly enabling us to support our communities to thrive.

Using permaculture design, and an array of philosophies from other writers and activists, we will introduce you to tools techniques to guide you on your social permaculture journey.
