At Square Peg, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive and compliance-oriented environment.

We understand that it can be hard to call out something you see wrong, particularly the perpetrator.

However, we encourage everyone to report behaviour that they feel is wrong or inappropriate.

From this form, you can provide information about any issue that:

  1. you feel does not meet the values that we strive to achieve at Square Peg;
  2. is contrary to our code of conduct, or an industry code of conduct;
  3. demonstrates non-compliance with our obligations or policies;
  4. doesn't pass the pub-test.
Your submissions are always anonymous and we will assign your case within 2 business days to the Compliance Committee that will investigate.
