If you are passionate about Computer Science and Teaching, we are recruiting peer mentors or teaching assistants for the COP 3530 Data Structures and Algorithm Fall 2020 Course at the University of Florida. To apply, you must
1. Be a currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student at the University of Florida.
2. Have previously taken a Data Structures and Algorithms Course or equivalent.
3. Have working knowledge of C++.


This job entails a combination of the following responsibilities:
1. Leading discussions
2. Resolving student conflicts or supporting their debugging process
3. Grading and giving rich feedback to students
4. Holding office hours
5. Contributing to Teaching Content and Guidelines, e.g. Quiz and Exam Questions
6. Moderating Discussion Channels
7. Designing innovative pedagogical content including projects or programming exercises
8. Creating scripts or running plagiarism detection suites
