NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Old Victorians’ Association will be held via electronic Zoom on 17 March 2022 (Thursday), 7:00 p.m, in accordance with Rule 11(h) of the Rules of the Association for the following purposes:

AS ORDINARY BUSINESS

1. To receive and adopt the minutes of the preceding Annual General Meeting.

2. To receive the Annual Report of the Management Council.

3. To receive and adopt the Audited Accounts of the Association for the year ending 31 December 2021.

4. To elect new Management Council for term 2022 to 2024.

5. To consider and, if think fit, elect two Honorary Auditors for the year ending 31 December 2022 in accordance with Rule 10(a) of the Rules

AS SPECIAL BUSINESS

6. To consider any matter of which at least seven days’ notice in writing has been given to the Honorary General Secretary in accordance with Rule 11(a) of the Rules of the Association.

7. To transact any other business of an Annual General Meeting.
