To qualify for 2023 Rookie of the Year, at least a portion of the REALTOR® member's first 12 months must have fallen during 2023.

The "Rookie of the Year" award shall be awarded annually to a new agent who applies. The recipient of this award shall be selected by members of the Circle of Excellence committee. Applications must be submitted to the Association office no later than 5:00pm on January 26, 2024. 

>> The period of consideration is the first 12 months of obtaining a new license, and the agent must have worked as an Individual (not a Team Member or Leader) during that entire 12 month period.

>> The agent must submit a 2023 Circle of Excellence application (due January 12, 2024) and qualify for the Circle of Excellence in the current year as an Individual (not a Team Member or Leader).

>> Transactions under consideration have to have closed within the first 12 months of the REALTOR® being licensed. Credits are determined in the same manner as the Circle of Excellence.

>> Must not have previously held any real estate license in the past and may not be a previous recipient.

>> Must have joined the 400 North Association within 60 days of obtaining a license and have completed the required Orientation and Code of Ethics training.

>> Must be a current member of the 400 North Association of REALTORS® at the time of applying to this award and at the time of the award presentation.

>> Qualifying volume will be determined as any transaction where the recipient’s name is listed on the FMLS/GAMLS listing or on the Purchase & Sale Agreement.
