Participation Agreement
I have read the membership registration packet and understand the commitment of becoming a participant in the 2023 Ridgeline High School Marching Band and Colorguard.  My parents and I understand the time commitment, the expectations and the financial responsibilities to be a member.  By clicking and signing below, I agree to these responsibilities.  These expectations include a non-refundable $100 deposit towards MB Tour Fee ($375 total) before June 20th.

Here is where we are collecting the most pertinent information regarding our students for next year.  We want to know physical address, contact information, T shirt size, instruments - please be thorough in your process.  Several of these questions require an answer to complete the form and move on to the next section.

Please note, we are asking all registered families to be willing to release emails to our Band Booster club.  The Ridgeline Band Boosters exist at a non-profit 501c3 to raise money for our students.  Emails are used strictly for important communication and outreach.  At no time will any of your information be shared outside of our private organization or any third party entities beyond the Ridgeline HS Band Boosters.
