-Please complete this form at least 1 week prior to your anticipated pick-up date.  We need time to confirm the availability of the materials and to get them ready for you.

-Materials Pick up / Drop off / Delivery takes place from 8am to 5pm Mondays and Fridays at the Northeast Georgia RESA Office at 375 Winter Street, Winterville, GA, 30683.

-For classroom use we are able to fill the kits with enough materials for 30 students.  Please refer to the materials list of each STEM Kit to supplement these materials if needed.

-Materials are checked out for 1 week at a time (i.e. From one Monday to the next Monday, or one Friday to the next Friday.)
