Communication Skills for Business (CSB)

CSB training is the ideal solution for any student or job seeker looking to validate their communication in a business setting. It gives job candidates a review of communication principles needed to be effective and efficient in their jobs.

Exam: The CSB certification consists of one exam that you must pass with 70% or higher in order to show full competency and potentially earn college credit. The exam has 35-50 questions timed in 50 minutes.

Qualifications: Participant must be familiar with using a Laptop or Desktop with Windows 10 or Mac OSX and has a keyboard and mouse. Beginner’s level of using internet browsers such as Chrome, Internet Explorer, Edge, or Safari is also required.

Delivery: Content is provided into four primary parts: live instruction videoconference, pre-recorded videos, exercise labs/quizzes, and a student workbook.

Your tuition for the CSB Certification Prep course includes:

A subject matter coach who meets with you weekly in live virtual group training sessions.

Online courseware that comes with approximately 21 hours of instructive video, interactive labs, pre-tests/post-tests, & a student workbook

Exam voucher and proctoring services

Up to 4 hours of personally scheduled exam prep tutoring

Tuition arrangement / Completion agreement *
