PARENT AGREEMENT:

I understand that completion of this form is holding my child's place in line. I understand there is a limited quota for camp and we will be contacted after statewide camp registration opens on February 18th by the Extension Staff with an update of if my child has a camp space. I will then have one week to make the payment of the $150 deposit or my child space will be given to the next 4-H'er in line to attend camp.
