Please fill out this form to register to participate in a Trick or Treat Stop at Belleair's Halloween Bash at the Dimmitt Community Center on Saturday, October 30 from 4:30-8:00 pm.

Each treat stop will be assigned a 10'x10' space at the event.

We ask you to bring enough candy/treats for 800+ children.

Some other items you may want to bring are as follows: table, chairs, pop-up tent, decorations, promotional items for your business/company, etc.

Check in will begin at 2:30pm. Once you have checked in, you will be told where your Treat Stop is located. Make sure you are check and set up by 4:00pm. The Bash will begin promptly at 4:30pm.
