Rules of Conduct
1. Be respectful to event staff, student volunteers, customers, and other vendors. No bad-mouthing other exhibitors for any reason. Those who violate this will be asked to leave the event and not return.
2. All items should be removed from the area no later than 5:30pm on Sunday. Before leaving, booth space should be left in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Trash and other debris may not be left behind. If booth area is not cleaned properly, vendor could risk attendance at future events held at the location and by MMAC. Trash cans are provided by Middletown City Schools.
3. Only bring items/products that were disclosed in this document. If you bring items not discussed that cause conflict with another vendor, you will be asked to put that product away and not be allowed to sell it. If removal of product is refused, the vendor may be asked to leave the event without a refund.
4. Food vendors must provide a copy of their food licenses.
5. Vendor must provide their own setup items for the event (tables, table covers, extension cords). Vendors may not run any extension cords into other spaces without prior approval from fair committee.
6. No smoking is permitted on Middletown High School campus.
7. Vendors may not physically alter the area in any manner, including putting nails or objects into walls or floors. Vendors must keep all setup equipment and product within the designated boundaries to avoid interference with other booths and designated walking space.
8. Selling of animals, adult-oriented items, gas-filled balloons, guns, ammunition, or drug paraphernalia is prohibited.
9. Excessive noises (e.g. stereos, televisions, shouting, amplified voices) will not be permitted if such noises disturb other exhibitors or customers.
10. Any vendor caught selling stolen, counterfeit, black market, illegal merchandise of any kind is subject to having said merchandise confiscated, face arrest by local authorities, immediate eviction from event, and loss of selling privileges without a refund.
11. Please keep in mind this is a family friendly show and no controversial topics and/or foul language be used on products within the show.
