The Annual MMAC Holiday Craft Show will take place:

   Saturday, 11/11/2023 - 10:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.
   Sunday, 11/12/2023- 10:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.

Vendor Information

Booth Size:  10 x 10 (Vendors must provide their own tables)
 Booth Cost:  $75 flat rate (covers both Saturday & Sunday)
Electricity:  $10 flat charge (Limited. First come, first serve.)

Deadline for vendor applications is 10/8/2023; upon application approval, payments must received in full by 10/15/2023 to reserve vendor space.

Set up will take place Friday, 11/10/2023, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm OR Saturday, 11/11/2023 from 8:30am to 9:45am.

Your donation will be given to MMAC on or before the start of the event. One generous donor will be randomly selected to receive a free vendor spot for the 2024 craft show.

MMAC Craft Show Committee will consider the following:

1. Similar products are allowed if they are of different materials, uniqueness, and design, OR located in different areas and separated from like items.
2. Event committee will make diligent effort to not place similar products near each other when at all possible.
3. Event committee will not allow more than one direct sale or MLM vendor per company at event.
4. Booth spaces with electricity access will be provided first come, first serve basis for product purposes only.
5. Booth numbers, building layouts, and vital information will be posted on Facebook group page for vendor access prior to the event.
6. MMAC will advertise the event, but cannot guarantee the amount of attendance or number of shoppers at the event.


MMAC Craft Show utilizes a Facebook Vendors only page to allow open communication at all times prior and during the event. Event committee is permitted to take photographs of the booths and vendors for promotional purposes.
Vendor agrees to the following:
Vendor will rent a space from MMAC at Middletown High School on Saturday, 11/11/2023, and Sunday 11/12/2023 from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Set up will begin Friday 11/10/2023 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm OR Saturday 11/11/2023 starting at 8:30am and must be completed by 10:00am each day of the show. Tear-down begins Sunday 11/12/2023 at 4:00pm and must be complete by 6:00pm, or when all sales are complete. Vendors are required to check in with MMAC Craft Show Committee upon arrival--no exceptions. Check in is located inside the main entrance of Middletown High School.

Event is held at the regulations of the Middletown City School District and Middletown High School therefore requirements are subject to change at any given time.

The vendor agrees to abide by the following:
1. If vendor cancels their attendance, a refund will not be given.
2. Vendor is required to check in with MMAC Craft Show Committee upon arrival, no exceptions.
3. Vendor must set up on time before event begins and clean up assigned space once event ends at 4:00pm.
4. Vendor will advertise and promote the event to the best of their ability as show attendance is reliant on advertisement by committee and vendors who attend.
5. Vendors may bring only the items/products that were previously disclosed to fair committee.
6. Vendor must post booth numbers during show hours where they are visible on their tables and/or assigned space at all times.
7. Final booth number will be the permanent space provided to vendor. Vendor will not ask to be moved to a different booth number/space on the days of the event, unless otherwise discussed.

Rules of Conduct
1. Be respectful to event staff, student volunteers, customers, and other vendors. No bad-mouthing other exhibitors for any reason. Those who violate this will be asked to leave the event and not return.
2. All items should be removed from the area no later than 5:30pm on Sunday. Before leaving, booth space should be left in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Trash and other debris may not be left behind. If booth area is not cleaned properly, vendor could risk attendance at future events held at the location and by MMAC. Trash cans are provided by Middletown City Schools.
3. Only bring items/products that were disclosed in this document. If you bring items not discussed that cause conflict with another vendor, you will be asked to put that product away and not be allowed to sell it. If removal of product is refused, the vendor may be asked to leave the event without a refund.
4. Food vendors must provide a copy of their food licenses.
5. Vendor must provide their own setup items for the event (tables, table covers, extension cords). Vendors may not run any extension cords into other spaces without prior approval from fair committee.
6. No smoking is permitted on Middletown High School campus.
7. Vendors may not physically alter the area in any manner, including putting nails or objects into walls or floors. Vendors must keep all setup equipment and product within the designated boundaries to avoid interference with other booths and designated walking space.
8. Selling of animals, adult-oriented items, gas-filled balloons, guns, ammunition, or drug paraphernalia is prohibited.
9. Excessive noises (e.g. stereos, televisions, shouting, amplified voices) will not be permitted if such noises disturb other exhibitors or customers.
10. Any vendor caught selling stolen, counterfeit, black market, illegal merchandise of any kind is subject to having said merchandise confiscated, face arrest by local authorities, immediate eviction from event, and loss of selling privileges without a refund.
11. Please keep in mind this is a family friendly show and no controversial topics and/or foul language be used on products within the show.

I agree and understand that Middletown High School, MMAC, and volunteers, students, and Middletown City Schools are not liable and/or responsible for any damage, loss, and/or injuries in assisting in transporting crafts, display units, and/or any items related to the MMAC Holiday Crat Show. I agree to hold harmless Middletown High School, MMAC, and volunteers, students, and Middletown City Schools from any injuries to myself and people working for me, for any damage or loss to any of my property before, during or after the show, including during loading and unloading, setup and tear down.
