The YPIE Regeneron Science Research Program is an extremely competitive
3-year commitment available only to existing YPIE Scholars in the 9th grade.
It is a college class accredited by SUNY Albany. If you maintain an average of 85 or above you, will receive up to
12 college credits.
You will work with professionals to design and execute an
original experiment, and you will compete in science competitions with students from all around the world.
Remember, even though it takes place after school, this is a college class, so please think of it like you would any AP, IB, or high honors class.
Homework and attendance twice a week at the College Zone are mandatory. Acceptance to this course will be dependent upon successful completion of this application as well as completion of the
SUMMER EXPLORATION ASSIGNMENT.Please also be aware that attendance will be required at our research symposium on Wednesday, May 29th, 2023 (4-7pm).
