Deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is provided within 14 days of enrolment

Enrolment can be cancelled up to 4 weeks before course is due to start, apart from non refundable deposit all fees paid will be refunded. After this date, thus within 4 weeks of course start, assumption of attendance is presumed and course fees will be due irrespective of attendance. We are a very small business, with very small classes and each enrolment is significant and can make the course viable or not, therefore we will always enforce this clause.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient finances to cover the course fees and equipment needed.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are sufficiently fit and adequately equipped to partake on the course. There is no refund of fees for students who cancel the course because of injury or ill health.

The Massage Training School Ltd T/A The School of Soft Tissue Therapy reserves the right to cancel the course, in such case full refund of fees paid will be provided.

In very rare cases we may need to change dates of course weekends. It is rare but it may happen
