Narberth Food Festival is a not-for-profit event run entirely by volunteers. It is a family event with chef demonstrations, musical and other entertainment. This year's festival takes place on 23rd and 24th September, 2023. For more information see www.narberthfoodfestival.com
INFORMATION & CONDITIONS FOR STALLHOLDERS
Inside Stalls: The main marquee houses indoor stalls. Stalls come with a table and two chairs as standard and all back onto the tent wall. A supplement is charged for electricity. Please note there are no corner pitches available this year. No cooking of food to take away (eg. Food to Go / street food) is allowed in the main marquee.

Outside stalls: Outside pitches are available for those wishing to cook food to sell (Food to Go / Street Food). No tentage is provided for stall holders in this area. The ground is a hard asphalt surface. Electricity is provided for a supplementary charge.

Food Hygiene Ratings: Food Hygiene Ratings must be displayed by all food stalls. We require a minimum rating of 3 before accepting your application. Stallholders are responsible for providing their own hot water and hand washing facilities. Washing up areas are NOT provided. 

Narberth Food Festival is monitored by the Pembrokeshire County Council environmental health team and by submitting your application you agree to your contact details being shared with them.

Plastic & Waste: Narberth Town is working towards zero waste and we ask that you support this by using recyclables and compostables wherever possible. 

APPLICATION & SELECTION PROCESS
  • Space is always oversubscribed. NO APPLICATION WILL BE SELECTED WITHOUT PRE-PAYMENT IN FULL BY THE REQUIRED DATE (see below).
  • To ensure quality and variety some applications may have to be refused. 
We welcome applications from: 
  • Local Welsh Food and Drink businesses
  • Small and medium sized enterprises
  • And space permitting: high quality food businesses based outside Wales and food related businesses eg. cook equipment, cookery books.
We DO NOT accept applications from: 
  • Craft stalls
  • Sweet stalls
  • Stalls selling alcoholic drinks by glass or open container
  • Tea, coffee or other hot drinks unless stated on the expression of interest form
Business start-ups
We may be able to offer a limited number of pitches at discounted rates to suitable RECENT start-up businesses. If you wish to apply please email stallholders@narberthfoodfestival.com before submitting your form. 

APPLICATION TIMELINE
  • April 1st, 2023: Stallholders applications open 
  • July 15th, 2023: Stall selection takes place; All potential stallholders will be notified of the result of their application; Payment instructions will be circulated to those who have not already paid.
  • July 30th, 2023: Last date for payment. PRE-PAYMENT is required in full for your application to be successful. Stalls not paid for by this date will be reallocated. 
  • Any remaining pitches will be allocated July 30th, 2023 on a first come first come basis (in conjunction with our requirements above). 
  • August, 2023: Joining instructions will be circulated.
