Thank you for your interest in becoming an Elevate Member! Please fill out this application prior to your audition.

**South Sound Dance will be in compliance with current county and state regulations due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Pre-registration is required for the audition. No more than 16 dancers will be allowed in the studio at one time and all dancers must wear a mask. Parents are not allowed in the studio due to restrictions. We will do our best to keep all applicants informed of any changes that may occur before the audition.

Please note all dancer selections, placements and castings for all groups, solos, duos, and trios will be decided by the director and choreographers. We do our best to accommodate student requests, but cannot guarantee that those requests will be made. Selection for Elevate is very difficult and decisions are made based on what is best for the entire team. Not every dancer who auditions is guaranteed placement. Dancers who are selected to dance with Elevate will be required to participate in 1 group dance.

There is a $20 audition fee per dancer. Payment must be made on or before your dancer's scheduled audition time on June 5, 2021.
