RFC EMPLOYEE FAMILY MEMBERSHIP

GOSHEN COLLEGE - ROMAN GINGERICH RECREATION-FITNESS CENTER

Employees who subscribe to a family membership (per payroll deduction) are entitled up to 5 additional family memberships. Eligible family members must reside at the same address. Please complete the form below to have eligible family members added to our membership directory. Family members will be issued a membership card with a special NFC chip to allow access to the RFC during student and employee hours. (See Below)
