WasabiCon PDX 2021 is seeking exhibitors and vendors that appeal to fans of video games, tabletop gaming, cosplay, Asian culture and pop culture in general. Our convention offers a great opportunity to sell merchandise in a family-friendly marketplace or just help get your brand noticed by our attendees.

2021 Vendor Information
EACH VENDOR BOOTH COMES WITH
- One (1) six foot skirted table.
- Two (2) chairs.
- Two (2) Vendor Badges granting early access to the Vendor Room for load in/set up/restocking.

HOURS FOR SET UP AND OPERATION
- Friday, August 20, 2021
-- SET UP + LOAD IN times are TBD
- Saturday, August 21, 2021
-- SET UP is from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
-- EXHIBITOR HALL HOURS are from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Sunday, August 22, 2021
-- SET UP/RESTOCK is from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
-- EXHIBITOR HALL HOURS are from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
-- BREAKDOWN/LOAD OUT HOURS are from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

PRICING
- Each booth is $250.
- You can purchase one (1) additional Vendor Badge per booth for $25.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE PURCHASING A BOOTH
- Wireless internet access will be made available to Vendors via the host property. Please see the on-site Exhibitors Coordinator for the Wi-fi password during load in.
- Power outlets are available, but are on a first come/first served basis. We recommend bringing an extension cord and power strip since sharing is encouraged. Please keep in mind that all cabling and/or extension cord use must be approved by Green Mustard Entertainment event management (on site) for safety purposes.
- There is a limit of three (3) spaces per vendor. This is due to floor plan logistics and to be fair to other vendors.
- Booth placement is made at WasabiCon PDX’s discretion based on a number of factors including avoiding similar exhibitors and vendors being placed next to each other.
- Vendor load in and operational hours are subject to change due to floor plan modifications as a result of COVID-19. Updated information will be available on or before August 1, 2021.
