Volunteering with us requires your availability 5 days a week between 5 to 6 hours a day. If you have experience in permaculture, carpentry, cooking, cleaning or gardening, it is something that we appreciate, even though it is not necessary. It is more important that you know how to cultivate positive interpersonal relationships, that you have a proactive attitude, that you like nature and bring all your willingness to participate in various ways. For example:
- ๐ด๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: Helps with various repair or construction tasks.
- ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: Plant, cultivate and maintain gardens. Take care of the chickens.
- ๐ฒ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐: Assist our โAmara Kitchenโ with cleaning and organizing.
- ๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: Help with cleaning common areas for guests.

The activities are adapted to the needs of the day. They depend on the retreats in progress and the number of people available each day. The day before retreats, the main focus is on preparation (making beds, cleaning common spaces, etc). On retreat days the support will be oriented to help our "Amara Kitchen" with cleaning, and the rest of the days it is oriented to other projects that we carry out at the level of carpentry, gardening and maintenance of the site. In general there are daily tasks such as feeding the โAmara Happy Chickensโ and managing the compost.

By coming to Amara Valley as a volunteer you will have access to our 10 hectares of nature where you can take time for yourself. Additionally you have:

ย ย โ Single bed in a shared dome (two people)
ย ย โ All meals included, vegan and vegetarian options
ย ย โ Internet access in the main facilities
ย ย โ Yoga classes
ย ย โ Access to facilities: Pool, Sauna, Meditation Room, Yoga Shala

To formalize your volunteering, you must issue a payment of 80โฌ as a guarantee. This deposit will be fully returned once your volunteer period is over. In case of cancellations, the amount of the guarantee will only be returned if the cancellation is made at least 10 days prior to the start of the volunteering.
