Welcome to the NEW Brother's Pool Company!
Brother's Pool Company owner Dylan Hopkins and his family made the great decision in the fall of 2022 to partner with Cummins Pool in an effort to create the premier swimming pool construction and service company in Southwest Missouri. We will be partnering with knowledgeable and professional business operators to create the best and most efficient experience for you, our valued customers.

Our commitment to our customers has not changed, in fact this change is intended to strengthen our abilities to better serve you. All past Cummins Pool customers will find that quality construction, dependable service, and amazing customer service are top priorities for Brother's Pool Company and we can't wait to meet your needs.

Dylan Hopkins along with Daniel Cummins and all of his 30+ years of experience will focus on creating the backyard oasis your family deserves. Daniel will continue to be available to our long time customers and new customers, as he has always been. Dylan and Daniel will continue to work diligently to help you achieve your dreams.

We will make the best efforts to contact all of our customers as quickly as possible, but please understand that we will be training new staff and your patience is greatly appreciated.

Closings can only be completed if all information is on file. We will be sending out payment invoices via Paypal. Please make sure that your email address is submitted with the form. We collect information from the forms and create a weekly schedule for our crew members. 

If you are a returning customer, please submit the form and then have your closing supplies in an accessible location for our technicians to reach when they visit your home. 

Please allow up to 2 weeks (after submitting a form) for the arrival of our crew during the busy closing season. If you have not gotten your requested service within 14 days of submission, please call or text our secondary phone line at 417-380-6189. 

We will begin closing swimming pools during the week of September 12th and will continue closing services until October 28th.

Service calls will not be answered before 8am or after 6pm. We will rely on bookings from our online system to be available to you 24/7.

The regular seasonal opening or closing cost is $400. This is to cover the travel expenses, fuel, and the time of our employees. Additional replacement parts and repairs will cost extra. Payment is due within 30 days of receiving an invoice. *
For emergency service calls of any kind after hours, on weekends, or during holidays there will be a $100 base service charge for the technician to come to your site. There will be an additional $50 per hour charged after the first hour, plus and needed parts or supplies. *
