Regular camp hours are from 10am-4pm. We offer morning enrichment that allows for drop-off starting at 7:30 and afternoon enrichment that allows for pick-up by 5:30pm. This is an additional $50 weekly cost. Will you need morning or afternoon enrichment care? *

By submitting this registration form, I understand and agree to the following statements:

1. I will be required to pay a $50 non-refundable registration fee for each child attending.
2. I will be required to pay a 25% deposit of my child's camp tuition at time of registration to hold my child's spot. The remaining 75% must be paid by May 1st. Tuition is due in full for any registrations after May 1st.
3. I have read and agree to the Summer Enrichment Camp Policies located on the FUNdamental Minds website. I understand a signed copy is required before my child is admitted into the program.
