WHSSPA Convention Entry Fees

WYOMING HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT PRESS ASSOCIATION entry fees for the Convention. Please itemize your fees.
WHSSPA Treasurer Greg Rohrer will refer to this form when creating an invoice of payment due for your school.

A minimum $30 base yearbook judging fee covers an in-depth critique; books with more than 112 pages should add $10
per signature to a maximum of $70. Individual student submissions for yearbook are $3 each.

There is a $30 base fee for newspaper evaluations. An additional $3 per article submitted for judging should be added.
No publication or entry will be considered for any competition unless the school’s dues and appropriate judging fees are
itemized so that WHSSPA Treasurer Greg Rohrer can send each school an invoice for payment. Please bring a
voucher to the State Convention to pay this invoice.

Please be advised that schools that have newspapers, yearbooks, broadcast or literary magazine judged must indicate their intention to participate in journalism by having your Activities Director mark journalism on the WHSSA Membership Form.
