Please complete this interest form to request an estimate for the trainings listed below. The estimate(s) will be sent via email within 2-3 business days.
Please note, completing this form does NOT guarantee your registration for each training. Registration is confirmed when a payment method is provided (purchase order, check, credit card or P-card).
Step 1: Complete this interest form with as much detail as possible.
Step 2: Check your email for an estimate in the next 3-5 business days.
Step 3: Look for a reminder email 1-2 weeks prior to the training to confirm your attendee details
Step 4: Ensure your payment method (credit card, P-card, check or electronic copy of PO) has been sent to
accounting@dlenm.org no later than 14 business days prior to the training date.
Step 5: Your final invoice including the agenda will be sent to you within 3 business days after the event.
Your attendance sheets and certificates of completion will be emailed to the attendees AND administrator within X business days after the event.
