On July 18 from 3:00 - 5:00pm, we will be having our first in-person event! We will be following the protocols laid out by the provincial government and the Archdiocese of Vancouver to ensure everyone's health and safety. Moving forward, we will have registration for events to ensure that we do not exceed the 50 person maximum, and for contact tracing purposes. That said, if our registration does not reach 50, we can still have drop-ins until we reach that amount. To secure your spot, please register in advance!

During our event, we will be practicing the following:
- Hosting the event in open air (on the grass field by the elementary school)
- Ensuring hand sanitizer is available
- Regularly sanitizing high touch points
- Ensuring 2 meters physical distance between all individuals
- Providing individually wrapped snacks
- Having restrooms only available for emergencies
- Wearing face masks

When attending, please ensure that you are wearing a face mask and check in at the registration table to sign in.

At the event, we will be providing a snack as usual which will be individually packaged. If you feel uncomfortable, please feel free to bring your own nut-free snack!

Please note that the event is weather dependent as we will be holding it outside. We will keep you updated in the event of poor weather.
